- 01Commission pays on collected revenue only, not invoiced, not signed, not on the free plan.
- 02Minimum payout is $100, and it rolls over if you haven't hit it yet.
- 03Free plan signups are not referrals, only paying accounts count.
- 04The recurring window resets per client, not per partner, so your fourth referral still earns the full rate from day one.
- 05All sales are final. We don't refund subscriptions, so your commission is never reversed for a cancellation.
- 06No bidding on Alion brand terms in any ad network. It raises our cost per click and then bills us commission for traffic we already paid for.
- 07Fraud or spam in our name ends the agreement and forfeits unpaid commission.
