Every prospect one of us can't close is business for the other. This is a two-way swap: we pay you for clients you send us, you pay us for clients we send you, both sides earn from day one.

The rules

Everything, stated plainly.

Payment

  • ✓Commission pays on collected revenue only, not invoiced, not signed, not trialing.
  • ✓Minimum payout is $100, and it rolls over if you haven't hit it yet.

Attribution

  • ✓Free trial signups are not referrals, only paying accounts count.
  • ✓The recurring window resets per client, not per partner, so your fourth referral still earns the full rate from day one.

Protections

  • ✓All sales are final. We don't refund subscriptions, so your commission is never reversed for a cancellation.
  • ✓No bidding on Alion brand terms in any ad network. It raises our cost per click and then bills us commission for traffic we already paid for.
  • ✓Fraud or spam in our name ends the agreement and forfeits unpaid commission.
