Cost per FTD: The Free Claude Skill That Shows What FTDs Really Cost

Ads Manager tells you what each lead cost. It doesn't tell you what each FTD cost. Those are two very different numbers.

An ad set with cheap leads can be the most expensive one per FTD. If you only look at CPL, you keep paying for the wrong ad sets.

What this free skill does

You give it two files: your ad spend export and your lead export. It matches them up and shows you, for every campaign and ad set, what you spent, how many FTDs you got, what each FTD cost and whether you made a profit.

It also flags problems for you, like ad sets losing money or ads with spend but no tracked leads (that's usually broken tracking).

Who it's for

Media buyers and teams who run paid traffic and get paid per FTD or per deposit.

What you need

Two files: your ad spend export from Meta Ads Manager (or any ad platform) broken down by ad set, and your lead export showing where each lead came from and its status. Then a Claude account, or any AI that reads files.

How it works

Step 1. Download the skill from GitHub. Step 2. Upload it to Claude (Settings, then Skills). Step 3. Attach your two files and ask: "What did each FTD cost me?" Step 4. Read the summary at the top first. It tells you the one thing to fix.
